Rotary drilling rig is the core equipment of building foundation, bridge pile and municipal renovation engineering. The main frame adopts integral box-type thick steel plate welding structure, which has strong anti-torsion and anti-deformation ability and can resist continuous high-frequency vibration during drilling. The track system is matched with heavy-duty heat-treated chain and thickened track shoes, which greatly improves the overall rigidity of the chassis.

In order to adapt to urban soft soil foundation and wetland construction, MAGEON optimizes the ground pressure distribution design of the chassis. By adjusting track width and grounding area, the ground pressure is effectively reduced, avoiding equipment sinking and ensuring flat walking and stable drilling. For large bridge and highway foundation projects, the chassis is upgraded with reinforced roller groups and high-torque driving components to meet the needs of deep drilling and heavy-load piling.
