The Challenge: The "Low-Cost" Trap
Our client initially partnered with a low-price supplier for their mobile crusher’s undercarriage. However, once the equipment was fully assembled, a critical failure emerged: the machine could not move. The previous supplier failed to account for the actual hydraulic torque requirements and the complex friction of quarry terrains. The underpowered motors provided were unable to drive the massive weight of the crusher, resulting in costly downtime and a "static" machine that was supposed to be mobile.
The MAGEON Engineering Approach
When the client turned to Zhenjiang Yijiang Machinery, our engineering team conducted a comprehensive technical audit. We didn't just sell a product; we engineered a solution based on three critical vectors:
1. Load Capacity (80 Tons): We calculated the static and dynamic loads of the crusher to ensure structural integrity and safety margins.
2. Working Conditions: Understanding that mobile crushers operate in harsh, uneven quarry environments, we prioritized high-strength steel tracks and heavy-duty rollers.
3. Gradeability (Climbing Gradient): By calculating the necessary displacement and torque for specific inclines, we selected high-performance hydraulic motors and final drives to ensure the machine could traverse slopes effortlessly.

The Solution:

The SJ8000B Steel Track Undercarriage We customized the SJ8000B series to meet the specific demands of this 80-ton monster:

• High-Torque Drive System: Equipped with premium hydraulic motors that provide the "brute force" needed for heavy-duty mobility.

• Reinforced Steel Tracks: Designed for maximum durability against sharp rocks and abrasive materials.

• Optimized Ground Pressure: Ensuring stability during the crushing process while maintaining mobility on soft or rocky soil.
